Matts approach to training begins with the mind muscle connection. That is to say, how each movement should be felt, understood and executed.
Followed by, learning to move correctly through all the fundamental movement patterns. This is to assess the range of motion, strength and any imbalances that need to be addressed, before including additional resistance and technique progressions.
This is the key to developing the physique, by building a strong foundation and step by step advancing through progressive overload in a safe and controlled way.
